Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)Designed to prepare you for work in a bar; at functions or any other place serving alcohol. You will learn about working in the liquor industry and how to serve alcohol, responsibly. You will learn how to identify intoxication and how to refuse service of an intoxicated or underage person.5 Hours
First AidAcquire the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to a casualty. This training applies to all workers who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.2 Days (or 1 Day refresher)

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)Be rewarded with a fulfilling job providing personal, physical and emotional support to people with a disability in their homes and the community. This certificate prepares you for work in residential group homes, day respite centres, open employment services, other community settings and in clients’ homes. This program includes an integrated work placement component of a minimum of 120 hours.
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) Our Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) prepares you to work in residential facilities, client homes and community groups. This certificate will help you develop the skills and knowledge required to provide personal care, physical and emotional support to the elderly and people who require assistance with daily living in their homes and community. This program includes an integrated work placement component of a minimum of 120 hours.
Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other DrugsOur Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs trains you to provide services and interventions to people affected by alcohol and other drug issues and to implement health promotion and community interventions. This program includes an integrated work placement component of a minimum of 80 hours.
Certificate IV in Mental HealthOur CHC43315 Certificate IV in Mental Health trains you to support people in a range of community services affected by mental illness and psychiatric disability. Work may involve implementing community based programs and activities focusing on mental health, mental illness and psychiatric disability. Work may also involve providing self-directed recovery oriented support for people affected by mental illness and psychiatric disability.
Diploma of Mental HealthThis qualification reflects the role of workers who provide services to clients in relation to mental health issues. They can provide counselling, referral, advocacy and education/health promotion services. These workers are required to have high level specialist knowledge, skills and competencies especially in regard to laws affecting people with mental health issues, the range of services available to them and health issues related to mental health.
Diploma of Alcohol and Other DrugsThis qualification reflects the role of workers who work under broad supervision and guidance and provide services to clients with alcohol and other drugs issues. They can provide counselling, referral and promotion services. These workers require high level specialist knowledge, skills and competencies especially in regard to laws affecting clients, the range of services available to them and health issues related to alcohol and drug use and misuse.
